■TNG8000E (TE)-type Grease (Butter) Filling Machine

TE type grease quantitative filling machine is the special packing machinery for materials measuring of volumetric rubbery grease, etc. It is applicable to quantitative filling of small mouth containers and plastic bags. The machine is the ideal quantitative packaging equipment for grease materials, with reasonable structure, convenient operation, measuring precision and stable performance.

Adopt stirred –cage helical conveying, without requiring to melt the butter, and carry out filling of the rubbery grease, without fearing the heat-resisting problems of plastic bags.

1. Volumetric piston-mechanical limit measurement, high precision, less than 1% of error.
2. Applicable to sub-packing of rubbery materials of 200l state standard drummed oil. 
3. Filling range can be customized according to actual needs.
4. Filling mouth may be replaced, and can applicable to the filling of small containers or plastic bags. 
5. Filling capacity is related to the proficiency of operators, generally up to 12 barrels / minute.
